Consultations & Wedding Planning

Consultations are accommodated either in-person or virtually, according to your preference.

The first consultation is a meet-and-greet style, where David Baker will introduce himself and converse with you about the vision and style you have in mind for your special day. All your questions will be answered to help you clarify your wedding plans.

Once a relationship has been confirmed, a second consultation will be scheduled for timeline, wedding planning, and fine details to construct a smooth and elegant event. If you employ a wedding planning service, which creates your timeline for you. David requests that Bride or Wedding Planner send David a draft of this timeline before the final draft has been created, so David has been able to review Bride’s timeline because Photographer needs to ensure there is enough time created during particular moments during your wedding day, so Bride enjoys a smooth wedding day.

As your wedding nears, a final meeting will take place to finalize any new wedding day plans.

Rehearsal & Wedding

On arrival, David will check in with the Bride and/or designated person of contact through email or text. Arrival time begins an hour before the event for set-up and preparation time. Then, David will begin to capture the progression of your celebration. The seamless nature of the photographic experience will ensure a relaxing and enjoyable day reflected in your wedding images.

Image Preparation

After your wedding, you’ll be given a few days to catch your breath and recover from the excitement of the event.

David will send you a “Post-Wedding” email within 2 to 5 business days to re-establish contact and provide you with information about the post-wedding image preparation, concerning the delivery of your wedding images.

Within one week you’ll receive a “Sneak-Peak” of your wedding. This will give you a chance to see how your wedding looks.

Within the next few weeks, you’ll receive a digital review of your finalized images.

Album & Prints

You will select your favorite images from your delivered wedding pictures to include in your wedding album. Using your favorite selections, we will create album layouts and send to you for approval. After you approved your album layout, you will choose your album size, cover material and color. Then, the image retouch process begins.

Any image and album purchased intended for print will be professionally retouched before the final prints are produced and delivered to you.
